1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Flow ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Flow is a concert intelligence platform that helps fans discover events, plan arrivals with pit intelligence (arrival timing, spot strategy, queue management), connect with fellow concert-goers, and relive shows through timelines, stats, and media galleries. The App offers free and paid subscription tiers.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App
• One person may maintain only one account

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Flow offers paid subscription tiers processed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for refund requests.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, videos, messages, crowd reports). By posting content, you grant Flow a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App for the purpose of providing the service.

You agree not to:

• Post illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing content
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Share misleading crowd reports or false information
• Spam chat rooms or community features
• Impersonate other users
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

6. Pit Intelligence Disclaimer

Pit intelligence features (arrival timing, spot strategy, queue estimates) are based on historical data and community-sourced signals. They are recommendations only and do not guarantee a specific spot or experience at any venue. Actual conditions vary based on event demand, venue policies, weather, and other factors beyond our control.

Flow does not control venue entry, security, or crowd management. Always follow venue rules and staff instructions.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Flow. The Flow name, logo, and branding are our trademarks. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Flow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed concerts, incorrect arrival recommendations, or data loss.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via the App or email.
